License
Both typefaces are distributed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. The full text of the license is available at scripts.sil.org/OFL. The license permits free use, study, modification, and redistribution including bundling inside other software, with the conditions that the original font's copyright notice and the OFL be carried along, and that derivative fonts may not be sold by themselves.
System typefaces
UI sans-serif and monospaced surfaces use Apple system fonts (San Francisco family). These ship with the operating system; no attribution required, no bundling involved.
